Shipping outside Europe 40,00 €
Most orders will ship out from our Finland fulfillment center within 1-2 business days of purchase via Posti. However, that time can be extended up to 2 weeks during peak shopping times such as new product launches, sales and other promotions.
Our fulfillment center has their own process for pulling and shipping orders and there isn’t a guarantee that items can be shipped together so we are unable to combine multiple orders placed. When shipping internationally, it`s clients responsibility to take care and find out about taxes and other country-specific costs.
In local orders you can pay with online bank service and credit cards. International orders by credit cards.
You may return any items within 14 days of purchase (30 for international orders), as long as they unworn/unwashed, and in the original packaging. Return fees on returns within Finland is 5,90 € and international return shipping is country specific and the buyer's responsibility.
Unfortunately, we don’t currently offer direct exchanges, as our inventory changes often and goes quickly and we don’t have a system in place to hold items until the orders are shipped back. The best way to “exchange” is to checkout as normal through our shop for inventory purposes and to ensure you get the color and size you need. If you place a second order, please email us email@example.com for a free shipping code. See return information above.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you within 5-7 business days that we have received your returned item, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment used at checkout, within a certain amount of days. Only full priced items are eligible for refunds, all sale priced items are not eligible for a refund.
If you received an incorrect item in your order, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible so we can ensure you get the correct item. A prepaid Posti shipping label will be sent to you via email. Once the package has been accepted into the carrier's system, the correct item will be sent as previously specified.
Damaged + Defective
Product A refund, store credit, or replacement when available will be offered to you if an item is received damaged or defective. Damaged and defective product must be reported within 10 days of receipt to be eligible for replacement or refund. Please send an email to email@example.com with your order number and detailed photos of the defect. Once an item received is deemed defective by our customer service team a prepaid POSTI shipping label will be sent to you via email. Once the package has been accepted into the carrier's system, the refund or replacement will be processed as previously specified. We don’t offer refund, credit, or replacement on purchases over 30 days old, or items that have been worn or washed.
Changes + Cancellations
To Your Order Because our fulfillment team processes and ships order quickly, we are unable to make changes to your order once it’s been placed. If there is an issue with your order please reach out, and we will make every effort to cancel or change it when possible.
Lost + Stalled Packages
It is possible for packages to move slowly in a distribution center and/or post office. After a package is marked as “delivered” by the Posti, it shifts to customers responsibility. In any problem situations, please contact your local post office or the actual person that handles your mail. We are not responsible for orders lost or damaged by Posti. In those cases, contact Posti/your local post office.
